Kevin. This is serious stuff. Drop me an e-mail, okay? Technically I can't give you advice because I never finished law school and am not a member of the California bar, but I can give you "mom" advice and not "legal" advice, some of which may or may not come from my husband the attorney or our friends the personal injury attorneys, or be based upon things I've seen and heard in my 25 years in this Godforsaken profession, or . . . okay.
