Getting ideas
I don't even know if I like Neil Gaiman, having never read any of his work (or "comic books")... and I know his site design is, um, amusing... but I know I like this.

I bet you'd like "The Sandman" series of graphic novels...amazing stuff in there.
Okay, no offense, but EVERYONE thinks EVERYONE would like "The Sandman" series of graphic novels. And not everyone does. And anyway, I happen to be of the mind that Neil Gaiman is a much better blogger than he is a novel-writer. For instance, his blog on socks? Sheer genius. His latest book? Meh.
where's the sock blog?
If EVERYONE thinks EVERYONE would like "The Sandman" but not everyone does ... that makes no sense ... and no offense.
I like it because it's good storytelling, you get attached the characters, they evolve, change, grow, die, live, love, etc etc.
American Gods? Sucked. Blog? Pretty good. The Babylon 5 episode he wrote? Good, but out of place.
I'm not like a Gaiman fanboy or anything, he's definitely a mixed bag.
The sock bit is at the bottom of here:

you should really check out his books "american gods" and "neverwhere"
No offense, but my pants are covered in kitten blood.
