So many were eaten
One of these was in use probably 80% of my waking childhood hours. (warning: tons of images, may cause nostalgic brainflood)

dude, mutli-colored Memorex 90's with the yellow spools. I bought those by the truckload. Can't think of why now, though...they're ugly as all sin. But I thought they were shit-awesome back in '89.
Yeah, so I first used a cassette to record "Seasons in the Sun" off the radio. Then I realized my critical error and began using them to their intended purpose.
Recording farts.
I recognize my tape! The one I recorded most of my life on when I was nine! Ah, I miss "The Scotty Show"... I wonder when it's coming back...
I made a lot of tapes of me hiding behind my dad's armchair while he fell asleep watching TV. I recorded them on these tapes that I stole from a Southern Baptist church, so the drawn on ones are more like the ones I had. I also had the multi-coloured Memorex ones which I recorded the radio on. I had this one mix where NIN's Closer faded into the 30+ minute live version of Inna-Godda-Divida. Goooooood times y'all.
