Anyone even passingly familiar with the secret menu of In-N-Out Burger knows you can order a burger with as many patties and cheese slices as you want, as in the following example: "three by three," a burger with three beef patties and three slices of cheese. Therefore, anyone armed with this knowledge will also know that ordering a "100 by 100" would be a silly thing to do. But what sort of people would EAT the result?
