Michael the Hedgehog

There's a theory going around that Michael Jackson actually composed a few songs for Sonic the Hedgehog 3, and this YouTube video compiles the evidence. It's not at all conclusive, but it is intriguing, especially if you can recognize chord progressions, or (like me) you are somehow quite familiar with the music of both Sonic 3 and early-'90s Michael Jackson.

late nineties? the mid-nineties were about when you wanted to cover your ears la la la and rewind to '91 when Dangerous came out with the last of his good stuff (though Scream grew on me after a while). But 1980s michael jackson...that was some good stuff, man. So good. So good.

Oh yeah, Sonic 3 came out in 1994. I got confused since this video spends so much time on that song from HIStory. I'll change my post, heh.

Oh and Scott says the chords they have for Ice Cap Zone are wrong, and the progression is not really similar to the MJ song, but some of the chords are the same. Because Scott is brilliant.
