That actually happened while I was up there over the weekend, and I was about to post about it. Not the Katamari, but a news clip that resonated with me. Two of the "good morning san francisco" people were out among the runners, interviewing costumed folk, and talking to the people in the studio. The studio casters said "So, we hear there's been some nudity over there," and the casters in the street said "well...of course, this is San Francisco, of course there's going to be nudity. *laugh* and you know, that's great! I mean, nobody's hurting anyone, so let them have their fun. *laugh* Back to you Ken." It was a silly little soundbyte, but I really liked it because it illustrated the difference between SF and orange county. (Those people would have been arrested so quickly down here...) It made me happy to see that. ...erm, and I'm sorry for using your comment section as a sounding board. Now if you'll excuse me while I copy and paste...
