So somebody's bachelor's thesis proposed that video game companies start promoting their games using life-action performance-art style events. Naturally this necessitated a proof-of-concept; in this case, the cooking stage from Parappa The Rapper. Putting aside the obvious shortcomings of the proposal (not the least of which is that it'd really only work with a game exactly like Parappa The Rapper and even then is cripplingly dorky)... let's instead focus on the fact that it's really, really entertaining to see people performing a stage from Parappa The Rapper. Anyone even passingly familiar with the secret menu of In-N-Out Burger knows you can order a burger with as many patties and cheese slices as you want, as in the following example: "three by three," a burger with three beef patties and three slices of cheese. Therefore, anyone armed with this knowledge will also know that ordering a "100 by 100" would be a silly thing to do. But what sort of people would EAT the result?

Garfield Randomizer

If it's true that when you die your entire life flashes before your eyes, I'm going to have a posthumous chuckle at the relatively large percentage of it that's comprised of me playing around with the Garfield Randomizer.

And, because I just couldn't help myself, here's a zip file containing my favorite 50 strips, including an endlessly-funny series that resulted from the Randomizer giving me two nearly identical first and last panels.
